According to a report of the incident by the Boston Police Department (BPD), the 23-year-old was allegedly spraying anti-police messages on the park’s bandstand when officers arrived at the scene at about 9:30 p.m. The report said that the messages read “NO COP CITY” and “ACAB.” As police were arresting Riley Clark—who’s identified in the report by her birth name, Dowell—, a group of 20 protesters surrounded the officers and interfered with the woman’s arrest, according to the BPD....

Scott Eizember, 62, is to receive a lethal injection at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester at 10 a.m. local time. Eizember was sentenced to death after being convicted of the 2003 killings of A.J. Cantrell, 76, and his wife Patsy Cantrell, 70. Prosecutors say Eizember broke into the Cantrells’ home in Depew, Oklahoma, on October 18 that year to watch for his ex-girlfriend, Kathryn Smith, who lived across the street....

The United Nations health organization said at a press briefing in Geneva that it will recommend Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine boosters four to six months after receiving a second dose, the Associated Press reported. The organization said the booster rollout should start with the most high-risk groups. Dr. Kate O’Brien, the WHO’s director of immunization, vaccines and biologicals, said at the briefing, adding that while boosters are “part of the vaccination program,” that should not mean “unfettered use to all ages....
